We've had some recent surprises, some good, some not so good. First of all, I planted my first "flower garden" a few weeks ago. I guess I lost the before pictures, so just picture it with only the background plants. Since I planted it, the flowers have started to spread.
A couple of weeks after I planted those, these popped up. Thanks to the old owners, we have more flowers and color in the front yard than we expected to have. Since we are not spending extraneous money for the next two months, we were done planting, so these were a pleasant surprise. It's nice that they match what I planted too!

was NOT a pleasant surprise. My sunrise view on the way out of the garage is gone. Thank you new neighbors! It's ok though...I'm not bitter...I'm not...I'M NOT!
