The buyers had an inspection on Thursday. They are first time home buyers, and their realtor is new. Apparently, she has no idea what's typical on a 25 year old house in Arlington, TX, and neither are they. She had them get out a second inspector to help them out more, and our realtor is talking to the other realtor's boss because they know each other. Hopefully we will have an answer by Monday so that we can proceed. We're trying to move in 2 weeks after all.
