Terlisner Christmas

This year we drove to Colorado for Christmas to stay with Laurie and Sean. Loren and Bev came in town too, so most of the family was there together. We got to meet Johnny who was born a couple of weeks before our arrival.

It was warm enough while we were there that we were able to be outside which was good for Luke because he had been cooped up for days due to being sick.We opened gifts, and Luke passed them all out. It was so cute.Witten got Grandma and Grandpa a scrapbook with pictures of him in it. Luke enjoyed looking at the album with them.Everyone liked being around all of the kids, and I think the kids liked all of the attention too. After a week, it was time to go. It didn’t snow the whole time we were there, but they got dumped on just hours after we left. It was so snowy that you really couldn’t see the mountains. It was sad to be in Colorado for a week and not see ANY snow, but I’m glad that we didn’t have to drive home in it.We made it home in one day, and Witten slept almost the entire trip. It ended up only taking an extra hour with a baby. We were afraid that we were going to be up all night with him because he had slept so much, but it worked out well, and he ended up sleeping in until 8:30 the next morning.
