A Night with Friends

Last night we went out to celebrate the fact that Jo is 29...until Monday that is. We started out at a burger place in the Stockyards called The Love Shack. The food was decent, although the pickles and live music left something to be desired. It gave us something to talk about though.

Next, we walked next door to White Elephant. It's a bar which also had live music. This music was better than the last. They also had free shuffleboard, so 4 people from the group played while the other 3 talked.

When Justin, Julie, and Brent took off, Scott, Joanna, Mitch and I went to Main Event because we weren't ready to call it a night yet. We got there around 11:15, bowled for an hour, and then headed home. Scott had to take Jo back to get her credit card from the bar because she forgot to close out her tab, so they actually got in a lot later. What a friend!

It was a great night!
